Online Returns Policy
This returns policy applies to products purchased from our online store only.
All online returns must be sent to: SEDUCE Online Returns, PO Box 33, Sydney Markets, NSW 2129.
Our online returns form is available to download here.
Please allow up to 10 working days for all online returns to be processed.
*For all International orders, please email email@example.com to contact our online team before sending your returns back to us.
At Seduce, we want you to fall in love with your purchase and wear it with gusto! Therefore we offer 10 days risk-free returns!
SEDUE will provide an exchange, refund (excluding merchandise purchased at sale or discounted price) or credit note as long as the following requirments are met:
- Merchandise must be purchased at full price (merchandise purchased at discounted or sale price is not refundable).
- Merchandise must be returned within 10 days of delivery.
- Merchandise must be unworn and in its’ original condition and returned in original packaging with all tags attached. (Returns will not be processed for goods that have been washed, altered or worn.)
- Merchandise must be returned with your original order receipt attached and a copy of return form filled out. DOWNLOAD here
- Earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene and health reasons.
- Shipping is non-refundable unless merchandise is faulty or wrongly described.
- Refunds will be issued by the same method as to which the item was paid.
- Merchandise (including pre-order merchandise) purchased at sale price or temporary promotional periods wtih any promotional code redeemed (ie: flash sale, one day sale) is non-refundable. However we will gladly offer either an exchange or online store credits for the value of the goods if returned in original condition and in original packaging with all tags attached within 10 days of delivery. (See exchange conditions below for more details)
- Sale items discounted at 70% or more are final, and cannot be returned.

- Please note that we only offer size/colour exchanges. If you wish to exchange your purchase to an alternative style, please choose the "online credits" option on the returns form and you may use your online credits towards your new purchase once your return is processed. If your exchange is urgent, please let us know so we can try our best to assist you as soon as possible.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availabilities at the time your exchange is processed and unfortunately we are unable to hold any stock for exchanges.
- For all Australian exchanges, a self addressed return satchel with postage must be provided with your return or you will be charged $9.95 for the additional delivery.
Alternatively, you can click our exchange postage link here to pay for your exchange postage in advance and simply quote the order number on your returns form.
- International customers requesting an exchange please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org for exchange procedure.
FAULTY AND WRONGLY DESCRIBED MERCHANDISE
- If you believe you have received a faulty/wrongly described item, please send it back to our online department immediately along with a copy of return form filled out. All faulty items are required to be assessed by our quality control department. Once an item is deemed as faulty, your faulty return postage will be reimbursed and you will be entitled to either a) a replacement item; or b) a full refund.
- Shipping is non-refundable on multi-item purchases unless all items delivered are faulty or wrongly described.

- Seduce makes every effort to ensure that products are presented on the website as they appear in real life.
- Seduce take no responsibility for colour variations due to computer monitors or different operating systems.
- We have provided a size chart for your reference to ensure correct purchase, if your goods meet the exchange conditions; you are then entitled to an exchange.
- Refunds, Exchanges and faulty items are to be determined by the Seduce team.
- As per the ACT, if we determine the garment has been worn or the consumer has damaged the goods by using them in a way that was unreasonable we reserve the right not offer a refund or exchange.
If you would like more information about your rights as a consumer or details on the ACT please contact the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC).
Gift vouchers will be sent within 2 working days and are valid for 6 months from date of purchase. Gift vouchers are only redeemable online and are not redeemable for cash, only merchandise.
If lost,destroyed or stolen gift vouchers will not be replaced.
We want to make sure you get your goods quickly and safely! Whilst most of our orders are dispatched from the warehouse within the next business day, please allow 3- 5 working days for delivery.
Selective styles are dispatched from overseas (refer to description of individual product), please allow up to 10 working days for delivery.
During promotion and sale period or if one or more items in your order are unavailable in our Sydney warehouse and are required to be sourced from overseas, your order may be split and please allow up to 7 working days for your order delivery. No additional postage charges will apply on split orders.
FREE shipping for all orders over $120.00 or an $9.95 flat shipping rate for all Australian orders.
NEW ZEALAND DELIVERIES
We charge a $25 flat shipping rate for all New Zealand orders and we try our best to deliver under 7 working days.
We ship globally! We try our best to deliver under 15 working days at $40 flate rate shipping.
We advise that duties and taxes are covered by the customer.
